Why I Created She
There was a time in my life when I felt completely out of control.
Life was chaotic. I felt lost. So I turned to the only thing I thought I could control, which was fitness.
At first, it was an escape. Then, it became an obsession. I pushed harder, ate less, and let the scale dictate my worth. If the number was down, I felt okay for a moment. If it wasn’t, I spiraled.
And no one knew just how much I was struggling.
I looked healthy on the outside, but inside? I hated myself. I hated my body. I hated how no matter how much I shrank myself, it never felt like enough.
I cried a lot.
I felt trapped.
I didn’t know how to fix it.
The worst part? I truly believed that if I could just have more discipline, maybe I’d finally feel better.
But I didn’t need more discipline.
I needed to stop punishing myself and start building real strength.
So I did. And when I made that shift, everything changed.
I started fueling my body instead of depriving it.
I trained to feel strong, not just look small.
I let go of the scale and started measuring my worth by how I felt.
And for the first time in my life, I felt free.
That’s why I created SHE Method.
Because I know what it feels like to hate your reflection, to feel trapped in your own body, to think that shrinking yourself will somehow make you happier.
And I also know what happens when you finally break free.
